Schools need to be in the same time zone. Commissioner of the association to be appointed by POTUS and confirmed by Senate. These are two that I saw that I feel are bad ideas. -
So many reasons why this bill is a horrible idea.

50% of revenue will be sustainable for some programs but not all. Time will tell if this ruling/settlement will have any negative long term affects.

I'd be real curious the to see the ratings for the Crown Tournament games.

Likely both. It had been mentioned that Duke hadn't really faced much pressure something like the last 8 to 10 games where instead they had one those games by like 10 or more points, so they weren't ready mentally for a grinder of a game against the Coogs.

In my mind we missed too many and it's what cost us the game.

Impossible to say whether we'd have needed that last time out or not. Just pointing it out that losing the challenge comes with a consequence.

Amd if you lose the challenge you lose a time out, so it's a double edged sword.
