They're two separate uniforms that were never thought through to be used together. Looked like they were thrown together and trying to look like we have multiple uniforms....the result, it looked like it. The pants need green added, not a fan of just solid, one color pants.

Dear Athletic Department,

I know you don't pay much attention to this board, but PLEASE pay ZERO attention to the detractors about uniforms. I am glad there is an understanding that to 17 year-old recruits as well as the current players this matters a lot. Whether anyone likes it or not is irrelevant. The old saying if you can't beat them join them applies. This is important and should be embraced. Please continue.

Regards,

Patrick Cortes

Guys/Gals, I am sorry if you don't like it, but it is the landscape of football now. Tricking up the unis weekly is great and eye catching for recruits and you better believe the players get hyped because of it. If you look good, you feel good and possibly play better. I would love if we changed our unis 6 times per year. Embrace it.

And yes, I thought they were awesome. And you better believe I tune into the Oregon game every week partly to see what they are going throw out there. If you don't think recruits do the same then you are naive.

The pants do seem straight off the rack Dickyesque. They look like cost shortcuts. We should do a few garage sales and lemonade stands to buy them some black pants at least with SOW on the hip and maybe some green stripes down the sides. From what I see, they just have the generic white Nike swoosh.
