Michael Banogu played right tackle and the put Lemon at right guard with Kirby at center, Snacks at left guard and Johnson at left tackle...

I am assuming they were trying to allow Y'Barbo to heal.

I gotta tell you that Lemon looked awesome at guard and Banogu looked surprising good at tackle. It will be interesting to see how this develops.

Can't say I noticed. They could have threw DB's out there on the OL and I wouldn't have noticed. My eyes were solely on DW and his throwing motion, decision making, accuracy, arm strength, footwork, etc. I liked everything I saw. On the student side sideline pass where he hit Terrell I believe on the first drive which was right in front of me. Showed me a lot. He trusts his arm strength, accuracy, and maybe more importantly his teammates to catch balls like that in traffic. It was nice to see. He looked great. Back on topic the OL played well and the blocking scheme changed up a little but schematically, especially for the zone-read. They did well.

Y'Barbo seemed to be just hanging out on the sideline for most, if not all of the game.

No reason to not let him heal during that garbage time of a game.

He and Lemon are going for the consecutive starts record at North Texas. He played the first series to get the start and that was about it.

McCarney has praised Michael Banogu a few times this year. It'll be interesting to see if they change their mind about which lineup is better. If nothing else, Michael Banogu gives us depth this year and is a probably starter for us next year.

I'm not saying Y'Barbo will be on the bench, but Snacks could move to the bench to make way for Michael Banogu.
