My list:

1. Baylor

2. ATM

3. TCU

4. UTSA

5. Texas

6. Texas Tech

7. UNT

8. Houston

9. Rice

10. UTEP

11. SMU

12. Texas St.

Baylor and ATM are obvious.

Based on what we've seen so far UTSA is #3, but I can't believe they are better than TCU (or UT or Tech).

The Texas team that UNT played is #3, but the one that played BYU is over-ranked here at #5.

Tech has been very unimpressive.

Rice may be too low and SMU may be too high.

I think it's interesting UTEP and Texas Tech are so far apart on the list, given the way they just played against one another. I'm also not convinced TCU would beat UTSA.

But I feel failry confident saying Baylor and Texas A&M would (or will, in the case of Baylor) beat everyone else on that list.

I think UTSA needs to be higher, but I don't think they are going to be able to move, because they lose to OK St. this weekend

outside of that, this looks about right... Tech might be unknowingly in the middle of a disastrous season, and UT, pending injuries and players getting kicked off the team, could continue to fall
