MGB -- UNT picks up commitment

Zac is 5'9" and doesn't start. I said consistently put a 5'8" guy out at corner. This guy has slot/RS written all over him.

Zac has 3 INTs to JJ's 1 in 2013, FWIW.

I think he lost the starting job to JJ early 2013 because he kept getting beat deep.

He's got a knack for making plays....as long as it is in front of him.

Zac has a tough time adjusting to balls in the air and he also gets beat deep. I forget the game last year, but his receiver ran a short out rout at the goal line and the ball went straight through his hands to the receiver for a TD.

Once JJ won the position and Zac shifted to the 3rd corner position, we took off last year. There is a reason for that. Good player, but clearly at least the 3rd best CB on this roster.

For the record, Buyers replaced Whitfield on the far side of the field. Jones replaced Hilbert Jackson on the near side of the field.
