I dunno if it was worth or or not. What were the tv ratings, anyone know? And we won't know if it was worth it on a revenue standpoint until CUSA starts cutting checks at seasons end.

Every single local news station ran footage of us commenting on how we pounded our rival SMU. The DMN had two pages dedicated to it. It was worth it.

How in the blue hell are people discussing if it was worth it to be on TV.

Sun Belt TV revenue- $00000

CUSA TV revenue- $1,000,000 +

Lets go back to the belt where our 1 real TV game a year is on Tuesday night where all they care about is promoting the games coming up during the weekend. Give me a break.

I thought it was worth the TV coverage. I am 55 and the heat on the alumni side surprised me. I drank water and all but totally soaked my shirt and a sweat towel. Folks were looking at me with worried looks. I wanted to see the game so I drove home and found it on TV. I know it looks bad as a fan but I will be back on Thursday.

Actually SBC V revenue was about 80k.

That game was shown all over the country, plenty of people and many local alumni got to see us slobberknock SMU. Completely worth having 4k-6k less show up to one game.
