0-0 at halftime. Vanderbilt really pressing hard making it difficult for NT to play out of the back. NT is out shooting Vandy 9-3, but almost all of our shots have been harmless and caused little trouble for the Vandy goalkeeper. Hopefully NT can be a little more precise in the final third in the second half.

Oklahoma beat Nebraska (who was receiving top 25 votes) on Friday in OT and beat Central Arkansas today 5-0 so it's very possible they move up into the teens in the coaches poll. A good crowd is imperative on Friday, particularly because OU "travels" well even for non-revenue sports.

Great sports weekend for the Green. Beat down of SMU in football and soccer team wins two including one over SEC Vanderbilt. Lets also not forget that the volleyball team won the Texas State tournament going undefeated with 3 wins.

      Don't get to far ahead of our self we will have to #hit6 first. I would act like this bowl is bad. if your team was better we would be in a better bowl. like I said before, I do not care which bowl, just win.

      Around the League / UNT Opponents

      as mentioned in another thread, three pretty easy wins last night (11/19) for Rice, Tulane and Charlotte. Evansville lost 80-30 to Ohio State. UNI won. not all, but the most interesting games coming up: tonight (11/20) - not a ton...Tulsa host UALR (who already blew out UTSA), but if Tulsa is any good should take care of. 11/21 - Memphis @ San Francisco ; FAU v. Oklahoma State (3 day tourney...would play Miami or Drake next) ; Oregon State host Oregon ; Houston Christian v. Rice ; ECU v. Jacksonville State (3 day tourney...would play Toledo or Stetson next) 11/22 - Utah State v. Iowa and St. Louis v. Wichita State (same venue, but not a tourney) ; McNeese v. Illinois State and UAB v. Longwood (same side of bracket) ; Temple v. Florida State ; ECU/FAU game 2 of 3 11/23 - Temple v. UMASS 11/24 - High Point v. Missouri State (3 day tourney...would play ODU or Boston College next) there will be more games 11/23 and 11/24 as some of these tournaments shake out, but definitely some interesting games starting tomorrow

      Texas Wesleyan (11/21/24)

      Texas Wesleyan is one of those athlete mill schools that take advantage of kids/parents who really want to be a college athlete. The majority of students at the school are athletes and the teams will take almost anyone to be on the roster as long as they can qualify for an overpriced college loan to afford the tuition.
