Anyone have idea how much beer was sold? What percent of sales goes the the athletic department?

The sale of alcohol seemed to work great and there was a lot sold... at least in section 104

The lines on the alumni side were full the entire game. I talked to a lady at the beer concession, and I told her "they are going to have to sell beer at more concessions." She agreed and and said there was no way they could handle it as is. The beers couldn't even get cold.

If anything, lines like that are very telling of the demand that has been there all along.

Surely they'll do some tweaking to the process, because that's a LOT of potential revenue.

As for the alleged projectile issue, how long does it take to pour a widemouth aluminum bottle into a plastic cup? Weren't they already doing that with the "craft" beers since those come in glass bottles?

The demand is. certainly there.

NT needs to invest in the BottomsUp system pronto though; 25% more out of a keg and twice as efficient as normal concessions procedures.

As the manager of the pavillion, you can probably answer this. Isn't there some legal distinction between serving single serving containers and serving out of a common source? If so, I think that's why they're not selling it from the tap to begin with.

First game with beer...call it a trial run like when a restaurant....except they get to have a "soft" opening before the actual to iron out challenges....this was the "soft opening" for beer sales. Things will work themselves out.
