Bad mistake on the defensive holding call, and the bend bt don't break defense finally broke at the very end. ACU let it slip away, and gave Gerogia St their first win in 16 games.

I agree. The "market" excuse for adding teams to a conference can sometimes be very lame.

Well, in a Georgia State fan's defense... they haven't won a game since 2012 with a 16 game losing streak. I am not sure I am a glutton for punishment to come out to see that kind of product.

This game is exactly why we need to thank our lucky stars that SMU chased their Big East dreams and left CUSA. Otherwise, we are still in the SBC, but without MUTS, WKU, or the Florida Airport schools. Imagine how fun that would be--to tell your buddies that we have an exciting team this year that will host Georgia State, South Alabama, Idaho, Arkansas State, and New Mexico State for our 5 games at Apogee...
