This may not be directly football related, but I wanted to share how awesome Johnny Quinn is! I'm a principal at Junior High, and for the first day of school, worked it out to have Johnny come by and kick off the school year talking to the students. He is an amazing presenter, and had my kids excited all day long! He is a great ambassador for UNT! It was an amazing way to start off the year!

Also got him to sign my all-century team magazine!

Great to hear!

Did any of the students know who he was before he got there? If so, was it mostly from his Olympic "issues"?

Almost all my kids knew of him, but all for his Olympic run.

They really got I to his story though...they were pulling for him throughout
