The Texas Longhorns may suffer the first attrition along the offensive line under offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Joe Wickline following a Sunday evening report from Orangebloods that redshirt freshman Rami Hammad intends to transfer.

There had been persistent rumors that Hammad and Wickline were clashing and the former four-star prospect and national top-10 offensive guard failed to seriously dent the guard rotation in the spring with junior Taylor Doyle starting opposite junior Sedrick Flowers during the Orange-White game.

During fall camp, sophomore Kent Perkins has been working at the other guard slot with little positive buzz accompanying Hammad.
