Great news on the academic front!

Speaks volumes as to the Mc Carney school of coaching....strong academics to complement athletic success. We haven't seen that in previous regimes. Also a compliment to Rick V and his dedication to the words 'student athlete.'

Were they all in the same basket weaving class or something? 61 just seems entirely too high without most taking some serious cheese dick classes. Good to hear nevertheless, I guess.

not when you consider the fact that most of them are in physical Education and have a staff of academic advisers to help them whenever they ask for it. I honestly don't know why those numbers aren't always high. If you need help, all you need to do is ask and they will help you till you figure it out. hopefully this becomes the norm around these parts... otherwise, they are wasting an awesome opportunity!

Man, you are a friggin' trip!

You have been on this board for only 8 months and already have 1,381 postings. It is obvious that you think you know everything about everything!

As I said the other day to one of your other know-it-all postings - Give it a rest.

Though I'm sure he'd tell you that the classroom buildings didn't exist before he built them by hand...that is some outstanding work by Mac and his staff.*

*Pull the stick out of your rears, it's just jokes people

"When I arrived this was slowest witted football team I've ever been around."

-Mac

(Couldn't find a link to where he actually said that, but we don't really need proof around here, right?)

Did your mother drop you?

I wouldn't expect you to know this because I'm guessing that you were not a college athlete, but the most difficult classes in these athletes majors are taken during the summer. Student athletes have to work their ass off going from early morning practice to weights to class to film to practice to film and then to study hall....

Several of these guys took anatomy and physiology 1 & 2 this summer and they ALL HAD their finals the week of 2 a days!!! Quit posting retarded crap!

Congratulations to all of these guys. You almost have zero personal lives, Live and breathe football and continue to post the grades. Those of us that have any idea what's involved in that- know exactly how hard that is! Great job!

Coach McCarney would not approve.

let's see...

8 months is approximately 240 days.

as of this thread, you're on 1382 posts.

so...1382 / 240 = 5.7583 posts per day.

or 3.7583 to 4.7583 posts per day more than your claim of 1 or 2 per day.

jeez...I bet even a football player could've done that math.

*facetious. Who gives a shit how much I post? I basically live on a PC and could comment 25 times a day if I so chose to. Contrary to the athletic departments view of this forum it's actually pretty damn informational. So to me, this is my espn.com.

Now, we have mathematical proof as to why the ignore function is such a valuable tool!!
