They can set certain standards without a problem but I have a feeling thaty if they try to play only other P5 members (keeping the money for themselves) they will be inviting a lawsuit.

Autonomy was a slam dunk going in unless the Rice president could persuade two FCS and two non-football members to vote with him. From the movie 'Fat Chance'. Bill Snyder is right. It's all about getting all of the money that you can and eseentially screwing the rest of the division. Pretty much my interpretation of anti-trust. A sad day for college athletics. Greed is one of the seven deadly sins.
