G 5 will become the new FCS. There is no way to compete with the $$$ the private schools can generate nor the state schools with alumni support we can only dream about. You have to wonder though what will happen when the bottom half of P5 can no longer fatten itself with wins against the FCS and lower. Even their alums may tire of losing records and bottom half finishes. I already see the shock of this adjustment at TCU.
