UTSA offers UNT target, the hate debate

I was sitting with Jerry Briggs of the San Antonio Express-News at Conference USA media day this week and heard UNT coach Dan McCarney talk a little about the Mean Green’s loss to UTSA.

Mac was gracious as always and gave Jerry some material that he turned into a nice little story on where everyone was picked in the preseason poll.

That actually happened tonight when I mentioned to an ESPN rep that UTSA might contend for the CUSA championship this year. He said Marshall and us.

He's a floater.

I hate floaters. Floaters alone are responsible for a lot of water loss in our draught strickened area.

Pretty soon there will be a one flush rule enacted by multiple city councils.

I wonder what that makes UNT if so many recruits are picking 'craphole' over you? Why are they picking 'who' instead of all the national attention at UNT?

What does that make UNT though? 'Craphole' went to your house and kicked your ass. Now they are following it up by consistently beating you out for recruits.

Kids are picking University of Phoenix after we already have commits at their position...I know I'll lose sleep knowing we didn't land players whose offers were most likely no longer actionable.

Pretty much all of the recruiting battles nutsack has won over us has been guys that we just threw an offer out like a dog bone in the backyard. It's meaningless. I would buy North Texas stock and hold long term. Nutsack stock, not so much. Enjoy this year.
