Two UT Football Players Arrested for Sexual Assault

AUSTIN -- Two University of Texas football players have been charged with sexual assault.

Kendall Sanders, a junior wide receiver from Athens, is charged with sexual assault and improper photography. Montrel Meander, a sophomore wide receiver from Amarillo, is charged with sexual assault.

Officials say the charges come from an incident on June 21 at the San Jacinto Dormitory.

KVUE reported in June that two football players were being questioned in the alleged assault, but UT police would not release their names at the time. UT police told KVUE that the two players and the alleged victim all knew each other.

This is sickening and absolutely horrid. That is someone's daughter, sister and future mother. How did they think they'd get away with this?
