You are half way correct.

Every team needs to worry about the personnel of the other team. That place then births strategy and tactics. I know what you are thinking... we only have had DD and TD as coaches to educate us that strategy and tactics are a myth. But, I have traveled a many places and seen many wonders to realize that such a thing isn't fantasy anymore. It really does exist!

Two things:

1) Note that the article's tone is "good thing it's just little ol' North Texas"

2) Prepare for local sports radio to whine about the unfairness of the NCAA and how "these poor kids can't afford to eat (meal plans notwithstanding) and deserve a free meal"

Right? The sub headline reads " It's a good thing Texas doesn't open with UCLA or BYU."
