This sounds like the appropriate course of action. Hopefully, they will do whatever is necessary to satisfy the expectations of Coach Mac and be reinstated.

I appreciate Coach Mac holding his players to a reasonable standard... and refraining from these things is quite reasonable.

'Indefinitely' meant that Abbe was out until he showed he was serious enough to make amends by paying his own way. Can Sed or Chris afford that? Or will they have other goals to meet in order to have the 'indefinite' suspension lifted?

I was listening to WBAP driving home at 5:00 Wednesday and they mentioned North Texas football and Chris Loving and Sed Ellis by name.

I feel bad for these guys, not a smart move but hopefully they will learn from it. I thought Ellis was going to be something special this year.

Not that it makes much difference, but they did not get caught stealing and arrested. They got away with the TVs and turned themselves in days later.

The story could have been worded better. Mac could have challenged it or called around and tried to cover it up. at least they admitted the mistake.
