If Caponi was the least bit self aware and considerate of his friend, he wouldn’t have done that. If you put in 2 years of historically bad performance on your job it isn’t cool to beg your friend to keep your job and putting his career in jeopardy if he saves you. If I were looking for a defensive assistant verification of this story would be imperative before I hire him. Even if I like the 3-3-5 and Caponi’s version of it (when he has the right athletes) I would hire a dude that put upon his friend like this. So yes, it is just you. 😂 -
