The hype train is rolling fast for Lance Dunbar, who's become a trendy pick as a breakout player for the Dallas Cowboys in 2014.

Is it deserved? That would probably depend on your expectations for Dunbar, a 5-foot-8, 188-pound change-of-pace back who showed flashes of legit playmaking ability behind DeMarco Murray a season ago.

Yes yes and yes it's deserved. His athleticism earned him not only a spot on this team as a walk-on but he later beat out every one else on that roster, except the franchised back right now. This was also his real first year in the league. This year, if he can stay healthy, should be the year he starts to get some of Murray's carries and then some! Call me crazy but this guy is that good. Pick him up late in your draft if you are playing fantasy
