When a coach has a personality like mccarney, they are the leaders of the team. He is an in your face type person, so you dont have to rely on the players to set the tone.

Orr, chancelor, Thompson, Byrd were quiet from a football standpoint. Im sure they worked hard, but were not vocal and animated like sarge and trice.

Ybarbo, buyers, James Jones will most likely be the leaders as far as attitude and enthusiasm amongst players. As long as mccarney is there, he will not have a problem firing the team up and getting guys to work hard.

The culture is set as far as who plays too. If a player hasnt figured out that the hard working and most knowledgeable players are going to play, then they havent been paying attention.
