I bet if he was still in football shape he would've beaten that rope swing. His body is so fine tuned to bobsledding now that he isn't as agile as in his playing day and looked a bit rigid out there. He still did a good job though.

That thing is all about arms, especially forearms with a little bit of balance. Not surprising that gymnasts usually win it.

There is also a strength versus weight ratio that is important. Usually the heavier, more muscular contestants struggle more.
