Disagreeing with someone's personal choices does NOT mean you have some kind of phobia. I disagree with people choosing to smoke but I certainly don't have a phobia over it. I know people who disagree with my choice to drink beer, but they don't have a phobia about it.

I hope he is at good as it as you, though. I'd hate for a man's final eulogy to be "well, he was traveling down the tollway and missed a car with it's hazards on, but, fear not, he was able to share his final thesis on where the penis should and shouldn't go once last time. He truly died as he lived."

During the draft on the NFL network they were talking about how some teams would be resistant to drafting him because of all the media attention that would come. Rich Eisen replied basically saying "What media attention? You have one interview after the draft and then it's done". The NFL network then promptly runs several reports on him and using it as the highlight of the draft for the next day.

Personally I don't see the big deal because I really don't care. Let's get back to talking about football.

There is some circus atmosphere all around this. How many other players kissed their significant other at the NFL draft? For that matter, how many even brought their significant other with them? Sam didn't choose to be gay, but he did choose to make a show of it in front of cameras at exactly the right angle for the best view. And every sports network has chosen to take the footage and make an even bigger show of it.

It's the off season in the NFL and some sports reporters want/need some kind of story to hype.

The bottom line is those two dudes hammed it up for the camera. If AJ McCarron and his ridiculously hot fiance behaved like they did, I'd say they were classless. If I said anything about these guys being classless then people would call me a bigot. I hope he enjoys his 15 minutes because he still has to make the team in a very competitive league. When they cut him, at some point in his career, some of y'all will say he was cut for being gay. Not because he was old or lacked talent.
