After fighting through the Garrett Gilbert propaganda, you'll find that two of our guys have a big day in front of the Cowboys in store today...

He is among four quarterbacks, joining TCU’s Casey Pachall, North Texas’ Derek Johnson and Missouri’s James Franklin, who will attend.

Other known locals invited are Texas receiver Mike Davis, Tarleton State cornerback Dashaun Phillips, Kansas running back James Sims, Missouri safety Matt White, Baylor guard Cyril Richardson, Miami defensive back Kacy Rodgers II, North Texas linebacker Zachary Orr, Nebraska safety Ciante Evans and SMU cornerback Chris Parks.

I've emailed to have DT's name corrected (chill@star-telegram.com)

Also, another source does confirm DT's inclusion is accurate... http://www.bloggingtheboys.com/2014/4/14/5613520/dallas-cowboys-2014-pre-draft-visits-list-defensive-linemen-dominate

I wonder if Dwayne Harris will keep Brelan from a chance with the Cowboys. Some other teams would benefit a lot more from Brelan. He'll get his shot, though, and some NFL team will have a killer return man. Hope it's nobody from the NFC East if it's not the Cowboys.

The Cowboy's did not invite Brelan to the work outs?

Huge mistake !

Dallas can only invite players from a certain radius and Copperas Cove is outside that Radius. The players they invite had to have played High School Ball inside this radius. I don't think Derek was there. Orr for sure and possibly Bellazin were invited to attend. The areas allotted to the local NFL Teams are very small.
