I know everyone, including Dajon was disappointed he was injured and could not play in the scrimmage on Saturday. I thought it was neat to see him cheering on and congratulating his teammates from the sidelines. Get well soon Dajon!

He really needs to take conditioning more seriously. I believe the lack of injuries last year had a lot to do with the hours put in by the guys in the weight and conditioning program.

The lack of injuries and the way the team was able to outlast the competition was definitely the work of the conditioning, strength training and the field care teams.
