Nafees Lyon didnt expect a college from all the way across the country to come into play when he began looking for a place to continue his football career.

Now UNT might be out of Lyons plans as quickly as the school came in just a few months ago.

Why have the coaches stopped recruiting this guy. Speed, speed, speed. I don't care if he's 5'5, he has speed and speed is the difference between P5 and the rest. If you want to be at least competitive against the big boys in our annual P5 game you have to recruit speed. And a recruit like this puts our brand in his HS and in his region for potential future recruits.
