Looking at it I quite like it. It is a bit less than I feared, and there is about the right amount in there for incentives for my taste. I hope that left good money to make Skladany and some other assistants more expensive to hire / buy out for other schools.... or buyout coaches of our own.

I'm so pleased with this deal and the commitment to and stability of the program right now that I may need to celebrate by joining Mac running the Apogee Wing soon.
