I don't think CDC is the right place. I think it would be the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP).

Unfortunately, they don't seem to have statistics broken down into "Black Widow Facial Tattoos."

It would be interesting to see who has more facial tattoos though: white supremacists, black gang members, or hispanic gang members. My money would be on the white supremacists. I think they'd have the edge in shaved heads as well.

Why is this a spoiler? I already know it's happening. What is not happening is teaching people that it isn't safe...even if you use a condom.

That's the tragic part of it. The story is told in the CDC's latest reports on STDs and how they are rising. We bombard kids with the message of "use a condom" and "get on birth control." To what end? Higher STD rates, so far.

There's no question about the human body, the biology, anatomy and physiology of it - the anus is not a sexual organ. Use of it during sex is not safe, even with a condom. The longer you misuse the body sexually, the more likely you will end up with an STD or other physical problems.

Sad that adults who know better have spent the better part of the past two decades pushing aside the dangers of anal sex; worse, pretending and advising that there is a "safe" way to do it.
