The PAC-12 is the PAC-2 for football with WA St. and OR St. For basketball, they've partnered with the WCC, but honestly the WCC just agreed to include the PAC-2 teams into their league. They have zero leverage to secure a media rights deal, and have nowhere to turn. They are DOA
