Biggest Potential Sleeper Game- In somewhat of a rivalry game, SMU and North Texas will clash in what should be a dandy. North Texas was a surprise this season, going 9-4 and winning the Heart of Dallas Bowl. UNT does lose a lot of experience from that team, but head coach Dan McCarney has recruited well and has the program on the upswing. Bragging rights will be on the line in this one.

How is SMU looking with returning starters/experience?

Like us, they lose their stating quarterback. Some feel he may get drafted late or should make a squad as a free agent. Currently ranked the 18th best QB in the draft. They lost their big tail back early to injury but he should be good to go. If Mac doesn't win this game, he should be fired!

This game will be a bare knuckle fight for dominance in Dallas market. Just like Texas-OU, it could go either way. No, Mac should definitely be fired.

I think North Texas fans will jam Apogee but I also don't think Southern Meth fans will travel all the way to Denton. And, of course, this will work against Southern Meth and create a huge home field advantage for the Mean Green.

Hopefully the first of many sellouts at Apogee this season.

Our second "home" game this year.

Beat Texas

GO MEAN GREEN
