Thanks for posting the FB page. I didn't know that existed. Appears my fave player is out of the running for loudest motivator also.

On DW.... couldn't agree more with the fact that he HAS to step up and lead in all aspects. AND BY EXAMPLE. That bit about the cold defeating him outside had me the most worried. QB has to be a leader and The WEAK minded are hard to follow. ESPECIALLY, when those that he is expected to lead are busting their arses in the same conditions without complaints.

He's probably afraid someone will make a funny gif of him and post it on gmg.com.

HA. maybe. He actually liked that though.

THERE IS A LOT about this that I don't like. Eeek.

I honestly have faith in the guys. Players and coaches. I think there was a tweet about having the seniors vote on whether or not to lift on MLK day and they voted unanimously in favor of lifting that day. They want it bad.

One of the best pieces of knowledge I ever took from my high school coach was something that I've found to be true in all sports and in most team related goals (i.e. work). Your team can only realize its true potential when its best players are also its hardest workers.

Latest one says, "Much better" and he has 4 of 5 possible stars. Missing one on motivation and says "Needs to be consistent with volume."

Personally, I'm not too concerned if his only problem going forward is lacking in loudness.

Very good news to see him improve!

Normally, I'd agree. But a QB does need to be a vocal leader. But there's still a long way to go, and I'm glad to know he's making progress. Thanks for the updates.

Travis: Making vague Soul Glo related references since 2002.

As someone who knows Travis outside of GMG, I can confidently say he has been doing that since long before 2002.

@UNT90 Like I said I wouldn't forget.

So McNulty has already started a game in 2014?

Most people wait until they are proven right to say I told you so. I guess you are, what, about 7 months early?

Two more good days. Looks like he may have turned it around. Still not loud enough. Get loud DW! I want to see what you can do on the field this fall!

Real proud of how DW is fighting back!

Hey, the guy has talent; he's just having to learn, like so many when they transition to the next level, that talent isn't enough, and work habits are key.
