About 18 sec of PT during garbage time. Very nice of Mo Cheeks to get him into the game in Dallas...even for this short time.

I saw Tony at the men's bb game Saturday night high fiving the student section.

Was great to see him at the game. The kid does love UNT and cares for his teammates and coaches. Funny how some here said the guy would never set foot on the UNT campus again because he was so mistreated, and then the very first time he is in town with the Pistons he shows up hugging and high-fiving everyone with a great big smile on his face.

Funny how reality doesn't match up with perception and opinion sometimes. If you talked to Tony one on one for any length of time at all you would know he really did enjoy his time at UNT and made some pretty good friends along the way.

Good to see him get a bit of time in front of the home crowd. Next time the Pistons play in Dallas I hope he gets extended time and puts on a great display for his home town friends and family. Seems to be in a good situation with Coach Cheeks.

Please, find me one post where anyone said he'd never step foot on campus again.

Don't worry, I'll wait...

Here's one that seems to suggest it . . .

Awesome. We can add fan appreciation to the Benford experience on Tony's list of reasons to ever step foot on campus again.

Here's the harsh truth. If North Texas can F up a good thing, they will.

However many it was one thing is for certain...they were lazy, apathetic steps.

Roger Franklin jogs when he steps foot back on campus.

How many expressions per step does TM make while on campus? Please advise in the form of a fraction.

Tony will be a great ambassador of this university and our basketball program in years to come. Spoke with him after the middle game and he was like a little kid just happy as could be to be back around alot of people in the program that love him. He was especially close to the support staff he had such as seroka, EJ, and a manager. He seems to be learning how to be a professional from guys like Rasheed, Andre, and others on the Pistons roster. With that personal development i believe it will transition into other great things. North Texas will benefit greatly from one of our best athletes we have ever produced.
