Inoke Ngalo possibly wavering from Houston to North Texas

Or Houston is trying to make room....

You dont make room by dropping 3*'s this late.. Especially when it looks like UT/A&M may be needing to pick up one more LB late in recruiting. This is strictly a legit recruiting battle and a kid that is willingly looking around to see if we are a better fit.

It sounds to me he's going to SMU. Smart kid. I'd take SMU over Houston just off the fun factor. SMU is surrounded by really fun stuff, UH isn't from what I recall. Now if it was between Rice and SMU, then there's a debate off location alone. However, North Texas trumps all three on the fun meter in my experience anyway.

SMU and Houston are two different types of fun. Different strokes for different folks on that one.

Some schools pull offers when recruits take visits to other schools. Wonder if Houston pulled hus offer. No need for him to decommit if he doesnt have a replacement yet. Kinda strange.

Or some schools tell commits, "You are not allowed to take a visit to another school while you are committed to us." So he is forced to decommit from one school to see what happens with another. It's a dicey proposition, but it happens fairly frequently.

This post from CoogFans.com.....take it for what it's worth because so very few alums on message boards know what's really going on with all our school's respective coaches and the recruits they covet.
All our (UH) defensive coaching staff tweeted yesterday "Say what you mean and mean what you say."
I think this was a veiled message about Inoke. He may have not been completely forthright about his plans to visit North Texas and/or SMU. If he wasn't, we might have pulled our offer.
Either way, I don't expect him to sign with Houston."
