Houston: The University of Houston is looking for a home game for the 2014 season. September 20th and 27th are open; but have some flexibility for other dates as well. Future years are negotiable. Please call Ken McClintock at 713.743.9390 or email krmcclin@central.uh.edu if interested.

This looks like a craigslist posting.

I'm 100% for a home-home with UH. I would like to see us get a long term series with them, like we did SMU.

Exactly. We're very similar schools. We really should. Really play up with Houston/DFW rivalry. Rice doesn't represent Houston like UH does.

Both fanbases travel well to each other, we brought 2K, they brought about 3K. Makes too much sense though.

YOu could pitch that to any team in the country. I wish it were that simple.

Yeah but unlike Houston, Boston College or UW doesn't need or think playing in Denton could really grab any recruits. Houston can play the whole "we're still in the same state" card and look good with a win, or respectable with a loss. That's what helped us get a Conference USA invite as well - DFW presence.
