I have been assured that only Dickey would say something negative about the program and that it is an insult to compare him to Mac... so... 3.

Except we weren't. We won three games the year before he got here. Coach Mac has done a wonderful job, but all the coach speak of how terrible we were was just coach speak to buy him as much time as possible to get the program turned around. Thank God he did it in the required 3 year window.

I seem to recall 3 or 4 one or two win teams that year. That would make them worse.
