Zaycoven Henderson was apparently recruited by Bo Davis and as an added slap in the face to UT has switched to Texas A&M. Trey Lealaimatafao is from San Antonio and has multiple offers, including a few from conference mates. It looks like Courtney Garnett is now looking at either OU, Tennessee or USC. It actually looks like the common denominator here is they were all recruited by Bo Davis.

Did Davis do that great a job with all of the talent he had. I was rarely impressed with their run stopping.

Davis was the DB coach at UT. Come to think of it, their pass defense wasn't that great either.

Duane Akina was the DB coach for just about all of Mack's tenure. Bo Davis was the Dline coach

He also coached at Alabama from 2007-2010. He was never DC, so you can't really blame the piss poor run stopping scheme on him. I mean, the guy went from coaching on defenses schemed by Kirby Smart to defenses schemed by Manny Diaz. So...what do you want?

Apparently, 2 DT's have decommitted from L'Ville, and have been in contact with Strong. One is Poona Ford, who is apparently a bit undersized. Found this comment about him interesting:

"Looks 5'11" tops. Reminds me of Booger Kennedy at North Texas that ate us a new one about a decade ago."
