DMN - Paper version Sports Day leads with UNT and HOD Bowl

We rightfully ride the Dallas / Ft. Worth media hard regarding a lack of Mean Green coverage.

Today's paper version (at least our version in East Dallas / Forney / Mesquite / Garland) has the UNT HOD victory as its big story on the front of the Sports Day section. I was afraid that Baylor would get the big picture (and maybe they would have been the big story with a Fiesta Bowl victory), but it was nice to see the MIean Green front-and-center.

I probably should not post a picture of the Sports Day page, but below is the online Dallas Morning News story of UNT's HOD victory. If you scroll through the picture slide show, Picture #8 (Brelan stiff-arm picture) is the one that the DMN used on the Sports Day front page.

A "good job" letter to the editor for leading with UNT's HOD victory is probably a good idea.
