Thanks To The Green Flag Waver Dudes In Front Of UNLV Band

Thank you to the two dudes who kept waving Mean Green Flags in front of the Rebel band every time they struck up a song. That cracked me up.

That also cracked me up. The camera shot of UNLV's band playing Viva Las Vegas with a North Texas flag waving in their faces was priceless B)

We have some pretty rabid fans once they all come out of the woodwork.

I was sitting behind the UNLV band to the left. I'm not sure if this person was a school official or just a disgruntled fan of UNLV but he asked the security person next to us if they could relocate the two guys waving the UNT flag as it was "disrespectful to do such a thing". Thankfully the security person was on another planet during the whole game he just shook his head and shrugged.

If those people had tickets to sit there then there would not have been a thing the attendant could do.

Not only that, but their flag waving seemed to be in sync with the songs. Congrats to UNLV for bringing their band by the way. They are no Green Brigade, but they sounded pretty good
