I am thinking about going all the way next season and getting a couple of club seats. How much were they this season? What donations were required? I know they will probably go up next season but I would like to get an idea of what I am going to need to save. Also, I want to prepare the wife way ahead.

So basically they're about $250-300 per seat per game then fir Silver level. That had better be some awesome buffet!

Buffett very average, and that is being nice.

But you don't buy these seats for the food.

I think the buffet is very nice. White linen tablecloth and napkins. Hospitality students practicing to be food and hotel professionals, soft drinks included and a cash bar just inside the door. Plus the best view of the Mean Green in Apogee. I took the 5 year payout option. I was the second person to sign up so I only have 2 more payments to go and I'm done. The best part for me is that my wife is really on board with NT football. It's not just going to a football game. It's a real elegant afternoon/evening.

I'd do it again.

I would definitely do it again. And, I agree, the buffet is just fine. Some meals are better than others, but that gives for lots of things. My wife and I are more than happy with our investment in UNT, Apogee and the Mean Green. Best football experience in the metroplex!

The one time I was up there the football was good. There is not really a bad seat at Apogee. So I will be cool with whatever seats I get.

I have 2 seats, which allows me to purchase 2 additional tickets on a game by game basis should friends wish to join us. The club seating has been a great experience for my wife, who is not really into sports, but enjoys the atmosphere. If you wish to try a game next year to see if it fits for you, I'm sure the ticket office would work with you. If not, pick a game, I will purchase 2 tickets, you reimburse me, and pick up at will call . Contact me at wardly1943@gmail.com next season if you need my assistance.

Agree, the buffet was very good the first year and then took a big step down the following years. It's still enjoyable though but they need to improve quality if they open beer sales to the rest of the stadium. I think for many of us up top our biggest driver is to be able to order an adult beverage. Take that incentive away and the club becomes a place to stay warm and eat not so great food. Hard to convince yourself to pay up just for that. Next year I may be fine with Sonic and a cold beer on the fifty yard line.

Don't undersell the social aspect for the women folk. Instead of freezing or sweating their ass off in the stands sitting on a metal seat beside you, they can go socialize with other women in the club while you watch the game. Any guys out there with a wife that isn't that into football, getting club seats is the perfect way to ensure that BOTH of you enjoy the UNT game day experience.

And yes, the first year was really good, but the buffet has declined steadily every year since, to the point now of always serving the same sides and only changing the entrée. And the entrée quality has steadily dropped, also. That is something they REALLY need to work on this off season.

I haven't watched a game up there. But during a tour I did step out and look at the field. Too high up. The players look like green clad bugs. I like to be closer to the field. Section 105 suites me fine.
