Anyone else heard this song about Denton, Tx?

Not sure what this song has to do with Denton... at all, but it's titled "Denton, TX." By the pretty well known musician Damien Jurado. It is a nice tune though. When I listen I think it might have to do with a girl he dated who lived in Denton, but he's from Seattle so it's a bit odd.
