We could go after this guy who is transferring from Univ of Florida. Does not need to sit out because he graduated this Saturday.

I don't know -- Mac certainly would have the Florida ties but do we really want a guy that would only be here for a year? If I am him I want strong indications that I will get playing time wherever I go.

I think the bigger point here is here is another example of a guy who got stockpiled at a power program and ended up never playing. I' m sure he was promised that he would play or have a good chance to play and the next day they recruited another QB.

If I was recruiting for North Texas I would be bringing these types of situations up again and again.
