I think Philly beats us and Washington is a 50/50 proposition so I would agree 7- 9 or 8-8. And only dumb luck gets us to the playoffs. I am so done with Jerry Jones.

When is Jerry the Owner going to fire Jerry the General Manager, amirite?

Jerry will keep Jerry the GM F*O*R*E*V*E*R

Then expect .500 ball from the Cowboys F*O*R*E*V*E*R then.

The best way to give up a blow a 23 point lead is to have a crappy defense, which the Cowboys have.

The craziest part is we still control our own destiny. Win last two and we are in playoffs.

In December with a team that has proven it is their worst month, and even if we did win would it matter? Not like we would go anywhere in the playoffs?

Wait, so it took you this long to be done with Jerry Jones?

No but at this point i'll take just a playoff berth. Luckily we are playing 2 NFC East teams, which we've dominated this season. The majority of our wins are NFC East opponents.

I used to just say it, but yesterday when I tried to kick a hole in my TV I could really feel it deep to the bone.

Yeah, need to go ahead and make a playoff appearance. Not like getting a high draft pick will help since Jerry can't draft.

I grew up an Oilers fan, and now watch the Cowboys because my wife grew up watching them, so let me say this is not from a fanatical fan boy viewpoint.

I loved Ware, but this is absolutely the right decision, but only because Jerrah completely screwed the cap up beforehand. You had to see this coming after they resigned Romo, which they had to do,getting a good QB is what teams spend a decade (or in Cleveland case, a few decades) trying to do, the writing was on the wall.

Personally I think this team will never win with Jones at the helm, but may, just maybe he has learned a little.

PS: I only bolded the the above line only because it might be the grammatically worst one I have ever written, but I don't care about the Cowboys enough to re-write it.

Hopefully D-Ware decides to go in the HOF as a Cowboy. I fear he goes to a contender for a few years and wins a SB there.

He's gonna have a hard time finding a contender who wants to PAY what he's hoping to get paid.

All the bad contract decisions Jerry made leading up to this are what made this a necessary (and therefore "good?") decision.
