The 2013 UIL State Championships are set! Here's the schedule for next weekend at AT&T Stadium:
10 a.m. Thursday: 1A DI -- Shiner vs. Stamford
1 p.m. Thursday: 1A DII -- Falls City vs. Wellington
5 p.m. Thursday: 2A DI -- Cameron Yoe vs. Wall
8 p.m. Thursday: 2A DII -- Refugio vs. Cisco
12 p.m. Friday: 3A DI -- Carthage vs. Kilgore
4 p.m. Friday: 3A DII -- Fairfield vs. Argyle
8 p.m. Friday: 4A DI -- SA Brennan vs. Denton Guyer
12 p.m. Saturday: 4A DII -- Brenham vs. Aledo
4 p.m. Saturday: 5A DI -- Pearland vs. Allen
8 p.m. Saturday: 5A DII -- Katy vs. Cedar Hill

I forgot they are awarding state championship trophies in between games. Still too damn long between games. Half times, sometime a few years ago, grew to 28 minutes. Was only 12 minutes back when I was in school.

Amazing how Jerry had them put ATM's near concessions. Terrible GM but the man knows how to make a buck. Too bad it won't be cold outside so I can stuff my big coat with snacks.

Just be sure you eat a HUGE meal before you go in. Food is priced out of this world high at these games. Last year a hot dog and drink was like $11. Popcorn is like $3 for a small bag. Just warning. And Parking is $10.

Good point, GreenBat! No need to give Jerrah more $$$, just so he can have more plastic done. If he was to get a HC or another QB, ok. But, I seriously doubt that.
