There is def someone out there. Both MGS and NT Facebook pages respond to posts and often post quite a few times a day. I just don't know why they don't use the Event functionality which could EASILY expand awareness and at ZERO cost.

Plus for a small cost you could "promote" the event on FB and it would show up in the "recommended" spots on the feed. Come on, UNT...over a week and still waiting for...what?

That and the ticket price together aren't helpful. If we were playing Michigan I don't think the price would seem as much of an issue.

Seems the $75 ticket price is meant to cover the future groupon price and the cheap tickets to city employees, etc.

Speaking of social media, i see the Heart of Dallas charity has like 28k Likes. You hope maybe half of those people would support that charity by buying some tix to their bowl game. Just sayin.

Anyone who thinks that this bowl is going to inspire many who are not already NT supporters to attend is very optimistic. WIsh for good weather and the SMU gate counter.
