Got my tickets, and GLADLY had to wait on hold for five minutes because of all the people who called ahead of me for tickets!

I reluctantly missed the 4 New Orleans Bowls, and am ecstatic to have purchased tickets for the Heart of Dallas Bowl

Go MEAN GREEN!!!

Go buy tickets!!!!

don't wait on hold, just buy them online

DON'T buy them online! Call the office and buy from a rep. Ticketmaster still receives a fee when buying online through our site and we get the full amount when you call the office.

I ordered six online yesterday. Ticketmaster got a "cut" of $5

I thought Mean Green Priority points came into play with seating. If purchasing online how can they?

You log in to your MGC account on the ticketmaster site. Pulled up my name and info on the order page. Plus, the confirmation email came from North Texas. Edited by emmitt01

Emmitt could you provide the link for this for the fans who have not yet been able to get their tickets?

Just purchased two tickets to the game through my rep Coleman Feeley. My major request it always being aisle seats but he told me he can put my request down but it's going to be best available so there is no guarantee.

He also mentioned my tickets will be at will call and it didn't process until after I hung up. I thought they were supposed to be sending them?

I emailed two weeks ago about getting into the MGC as a recent alumni donor and purchasing season tickets next year. Still have not heard back, not very good for an AD challenging people to show up. I am trying to become part and can not even get a response.

You should call Jessica. I have been very impressed by her level of customer service. I have emailed her questions over the weekend and gotten a quick response and I'm not a high level donor.
