2013/2014 Payouts For Each Bowl (with nice graphics)

Those numbers are bunk. Most bowls are the NCAA minimum.

A millon dollar bowl is more like 750k payout with a combination of ticket sales.

That's why its important to buy your tickets through the University. To attend the bowl the school agrees to buy a ticket allotment, that it in turns sells.to boosters & students.

Nice upgrade for us compared to New Orleans Bowl payouts in the past.

Also, I think I read where 5 SBC bowl elgible teams will not be getting a bowl game--period, drex.

Some of you called some of us crazy years ago for wanting out of the SBC. Well, we're probably still crazy

but we were right about getting out of that consortium of schools. I feel sorry for some who were left behind and still hope we will one day add the Rajun Cajuns to take Tulane's place. I know our conference mate La Tech will not concur but reading many of your posts the last few years tells me ULL are more than worthy.

Still wish Banowsky had not jumped the gun on adding some schools because in my heart of hearts

I think there might be 1 or 2 CUSA defectors who might want back in at some point.
