Pretty simple solution would be for the school to co-sponsor a Greek organization event for whichever gets the most members at the games. When I was at UNT, and it's been a while so I may not remember completely, the Greek organizations had yearly competitions for various things. Make athletics attendance a part of that. Winning group gets a $500 donation to their charity of choice or whatever else is reasonable. Most Greek organizations have a philanthropic charity they work with. Do something.
This is exactly what we want to build.
Could you imagine in a few years, during a timeout half of the entire lower bowl is "swag surfin'?" It would be "LIT" as they say.
I'm sure some students didn't use their tickets, but I also see a lot just sitting outside of the designated student sections. One of the frats posted up a few rows behind us in 124 after halftime.
Temple kinda proves my point though (and if you of watched the game on TV, there wasn't anyway they had 2900 against Tulane, maybe half of that). Huge crowd against a Top 25 opponent, but have a tougher time when it's not. When Temple had some of their great teams under Chaney, they routinely drew awesome...but they were also making the Sweet 16 or Elite 8.
