DENTON, Texas – North Texas basketball head coaches Tony Benford and Mike Petersen will host a free Youth Basketball Clinic on Saturday, December 15 from 9-11 a.m. at the Physical Education Building (PEB) on campus.

All sixth grade and under youth basketball participants and others are encouraged to attend. NCAA regulations requirebasketball clinics be limited to 6th grade and under.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn skills and practice techniques from Mean Green Coaches and players. Youth coaches and parents are also encouraged to attend.

All participants will receive a voucher redeemable for complimentary admission to a future North Texas game, and complimentary backpack. The first 300 participants to register beginning at 8:30am on the morning of Dec 15th will receive a free T-shirt (quantities and sizes as available).

The PEB is one block North of the Super Pit. From I-35E exit North Texas Blvd and head east past the Super Pit. Turn right on chestnut and the PEB Building is on the right hand side, and free parking is available in multiple areas within one block ofthe PEB.
