Kinne makes almost 10X as much as the average Sun Belt HC made in 2006. Inflation since then overall has been about 50%, but he’s making 1000% of what the average Sun Belt HC was making. I’m sure if you gave him the chance to go back to the way things were back then, there’s zero chance he would take that type of pay cut to do so. Coaches love to reap the rewards of how much more money is flowing in the sport but bemoan the effects of players rightfully getting some share now. -

Sounds like a lot of excuses. This is the reality of every program. P4, G5, etc. He’s paid a lot of money to win. Instead of griping, he needs to figure it out….or give some of his salary to the NIL fund. -
