It happens sometimes when the mic echoes so loudly that the person hears what they just said a half second later. You'll get this effect when someone has you on speakerphone sometimes. When its that loud it makes it hard to speak.

It was one of the players. RM came down to the middle of the field to present RV and Dickey, the players were all kneeling around them.

I was right behind them, but I couldn't tell who it was since I was trying to take photos... and trying not to laugh too hard.
